When I select either of the TURN OFF options from the RuneUI MENU (MENU > TURN OFF > POWER OFF or REBOOT), my RPi3 freezes at the screen where the arrows spin around and around in a circle, for all eternity. The green SDcard activity LED is solid on all this time. I have to physically unplug the power supply at that point. Why won't my RPi shut down cleanly?
It's brand new, has little ribbed heatsinks on the chips. RuneAudio installed on a 16GB SDcard, partition extended to the full size of the card successfully.
