Hi all

I am still new to all of this, but a good friend of mine has helped me all along, since I bought the Raspberry Pi B-version around 2 years ago. And have tried alot of different players, with the Raspberry and the Hiface 2. But just as the Beta 0.3 was released I jumped right on to it with a Digi berry I2S card. And it worked just fine as soon as the power turned on. I'm still working on the project, so I'm still using a USB 2.5" HDD for music and not a NAS yet, since I'm simply not skilled enough yet, to setup a NAS. But I am trying all I can.
I have 2 small but well build LAB supply's that power the HDD and the Raspberry seperatly, and use it purely to play FLAC files.
And until now, I have had no problems with the 0.3 Beta. There are no pop's or click's. And it switches smoothly between tracks.
Great job :D
UI is also working great when accessing the Rune via a browser from any kind of pc. But when I shuffle through google play to find a client for my small 7" tablet, which I like to use when sitting in sweetspot and "meditate". Thers seems to be some kind of lag, and unwillingness to respond, most of the time
Further listening test are in progress, but until now, the sound seems very good in all areas. My sound system is both potent, and revealing, so I intend to test thoroughly :D
There is some kind of difference in sound compared to using the HIface 2 with linux and the Raspberry+digiberry. But I have still not figured out what the difference really consist of. But I keep testing until I find out if it is my ears deceiving me or something else.

Hi! Congratulations on great new release! It works great with my little stereo system, as main player/server, with Popcorn hour c-200 as SMB NAS with flac files. Im planning to purchase Hifiberry dac or IQ dac. Now two question. Im interesting are dsd and dff files support trough analog output, or only trough hdmi? How to power on rune when shut down? Thnx in advance! Great work again!
