With my pi 3B+ (with digi+pro and 32GB full music pendrive and lan and hdmi monitor) the [starting...] takes more than 1 minutes
(boot before [starting...] takes some seconds, that's OK)
What should I to have fast starting?
I've already disabled wlan0 and 1...

50 seconds is about normal....dont think you can get too much faster, but maybe I am wrong

Thanks for the fast answering, I've upgraded to latest version, so now the boot is less than 20 secs

wired, wifi disabled, >38k songs in mpd all from NAS...

Start volume: there's something is wrong when set to -1 (deleted). I thought, then it should remain the last volume, but not: decreases to 0, and when I try to set higher, it goes back...
It would be nicer if the start volume is >= 0, then the playback would starting whit the value set, and not fading from the last volume before restart...
