Hi Janui,
Thank you. I'll just keep trying then. It is annoying though, because a big part of my recent music is on the micro usb card.

When plugging the Micro usb in my other Rasp3 it is detected as always, and just plays (This Rasp3 had an old Runeaudio version, Ver. 0.4b build 20170229 Linux version 4.4.39-ARCH+ (frank@franks-ubuntu) (gcc version 4.8.3 20140106 (prerelease) (crosstool-NG linaro-1.13.1-4.8-2014.01 - Linaro GCC 2013.11) ) #5 SMP Sat Feb 11 15:43:36 CET 2017)

Hi Janui,

Iffy and a bit slow indeed it is.

This morning I tried the usb card at least ten times, restarting the Raspberry3 each time, to my frustration, and no luck. This afternoon I plug it in, and it is detected immediately. The usb-gods must have changed their mind this afternoon...

Hello
as everyone else, I too have experienced an un-responsive GUI. I applied the temp. fix recommended and all is well for now. I am aware a permanent fix is in progress and thought i would add my 2 cents. I would prefer all these types of functions get removed all together. last fm, share track, dirble, Jamendo, album cover search can all go imo. even when dirble was up i found it easier just to register free at their web site and find stations there. same can be done probably with lastfm services. i add my own album art, not hard. concentrate on sound quality and bug free operation. would result in a cleaner GUI also
also, not sure if this is a bug, will try to reproduce, but i think over the last couple of months i have corrupted the system beyond repair a couple times by entering in a bogus web address when adding a new station.
dirble seems to still be down, maybe forever. found this alternative site that seems decent, better than dirble:

Hello
to add to previous post regarding corrupt radio stream addresses. i just added a new station, and entered a bogus address. i was unable to delete the station. i did an "edit" and corrected the address and was able to play the station as well as delete. i think before i just left it there with a bad address and on the next reboot the system was corrupted to the point i coudnt do anything. dont really want to try to reproduce further as i dont want to do a complete re-install.

Hello
i have an example of a bad radio link causing a crash. not bad but did require a reboot. i entered the following link straight from the website:
http://media.radiojackie.com:5873
that killed MPD, requiring reboot.

Janui

A few weeks ago you gave me instructions to remove excess i2s driver options by deleting them from: nano /srv/http/app/templates/settings.php ( thanks for that ).
I would like to do the same for unwanted orion profiles ( sound signature ). Ideally I would like to just have Orion v3 - IQ Audio as the default and only option. I see them listed at : nano /srv/http/app/templates/settings.php -- but i am thinking i might run into trouble deleting default arch linux and/or "rune Audio" as i think the initial boot is to one of these. any advice / solution would be appreciated. thx for all the help.

Janui

just to let you know --- deleting all orion profiles except the desired one worked fine. caused no problems.
