Sorry, answered my own question. I had forgotten that the old PI I was trying the touchscreen on was actually an original RPiB+ (ie Pi 1B+). This obviously isn't up to the task of running the browser and so the option is hidden away (same on a RPi Zero W when I checked). On my Pi2/3's the option is available so I will switch the touchscreen to one of them.

Sorry my touchscreen is an old 7in model which has just been freed up from another project.

This version looks very interesting though - if there is a case to house the PI, DAC HAT card AND the screen ! Such a case would have to pass the 'her indoors' test as well ie it would have to be reasonably smart, compact and visibly pleasing when sat on a sideboard, window ledge or other shelving

I can confirm Klassikmann's finding regarding the smartphone app, in my case I am using an Android based phone if it helps.

With today's update, for me, rebuilding a library is bugged.

The library A-Z index stopped working and all maps (artists) only show one - the last - map (release).

Started wit a fresh image, and behavior remains the same.


EDIT: If I look at the HTML, the releases are in the code, they just don't show upon screen.

EDIT2: Looks like RA scrolls completely down to the last entry. Index A-Z not working remains, though.
