Runeaudios Time is an hour behind? (Solved)

Postby irishwill2008 » 22 Sep 2016, 11:06

I went into settings and set the timezone to Europe/Dublin and the ntp server is default set to: pool.ntp.org (I never changed this as im not sure what it is).
I am from ireland and the current hour here is 11:07 and the pi is coming back with 10:07.
When you load the localbrowser it replaces the logo with the time? This is saying 10:07 when it should be 11:07.
Let me know thanks!

Running SSH I typed in time command and this is the output:

[root@touchradio ~]# timedatectl
Local time: Thu 2016-09-22 15:28:27 IST
Universal time: Thu 2016-09-22 14:28:27 UTC
RTC time: n/a
Time zone: Europe/Dublin (IST, +0100)
Network time on: yes
NTP synchronized: yes
RTC in local TZ: no
[root@touchradio ~]#

That universal time is what the pi is reading i think? Its weird.
How do i fix this? Thanks.

Hi irishwill2008,

it's a known bug and will be fixed soon.
The javascript time function does not work correctly on the local browser (midori).

Damn, Any ETA on this? I have a script that uses the time function and works great on a PC but i need it running on the pi itself and because its an hour behind it reads incorrectly.
Thanks for letting me know!

I fixed this by adding + 1 to the currenhour. Best suitable fix for the moment!:)
Thanks.
