"Setup the Library home screen" Button?

Postby KHatfull » 10 Dec 2014, 16:31

Either it's not implemented or I'm stupid. What does it do and how do you setup the library screen with it?!

I can't find anything in the doco or searching the site with Google.

Thanks.

Well, it only works when you have already saved at least one bookmark in your Library home (you can do that from the contextual dropdown menu in the browse by file mode). I'll hide it when no bookmarks are available, or I'll give it a more useful use. Thank you for the feedback!

Ah, I see...from the description "Setup the Library home screen" I assumed it let you hide or unhide the elements of the Library screen. I'd love to hide Spotify, Dirble, and Jamendo as I'll never use them.

Thanks!

+1 to hiding things that we don't use. I'm not sure how feasible this is, but I believe that many people would enjoy having that functionality. (Of course, there's a million other awesome things happening with RuneAudio that are WAY more important than this :P )

Frank showed us how to re-arrange the screen per someone's request. I can't find it but if one can re-arrange the blocks, one can probably remove one (like the Spotify one).

If someone sends the link, I can take a look at it. I don't use spotify (or drible or ...) either. this might work until the next version that is more configurable.

<50 minutes later>
I found Frank's post is-it-possible-to-change-the-order-of-the-library-t3133.html

I was able to comment out the java script code that displays the Spotify block. BTW, the code is pretty easy to follow.

Good luck!
