Silent Gaps of a few seconds while playing FLAC files

May be I am an idiot!
I cannot copy sh file from window to SD card as window cannot see the ext4.
I have tried to use Ubuntu live and cannot copy with grey out permission.
Any suggestion?

Thanks guys@ It is working now! If I just run the ./Playback_to_Lineout.sh from the Putty once. Do I have to run it again when I reboot the system?
