I've found that if something is sorted in RuneUI such as albums, artists, directories, etc., and an item begins with a lowercase letter rather than uppercase, the lowercase items are thrown to the bottom of the list. Here's an example:

Zao
blessthefall
Ordinarily, one can fix this by capitalizing the offending items, but some things are stylized this way, such as blessthefall.
