Spotify playing music faster than normal ! : Raspberry Pi • RuneAudio Forum

Hi all,

First, congratulation for this great software!

Here is my problem :

When I'm using spotify on RuneAudio 0.4 (build:beta-20160313), the music is playing faster than normal, it's like using an old
vinyl 33 rpm switching to 45 rpm. Sound strange ! :lol:

Does anybody have the same issue?

Ahahah! No drugs involved! Neither coffee or vitamins or anything else.

Yes fast, that's mean not slow, indeed.

By the way, it's playing mp3 on my local HDD perfectly.

- I'm using a PI-3 only on Wi-Fi, a self powered HDD is plugged as well as a (so called) DAC, powered only by usb cable : Sound Blaster X-Fi Surround 5.1 Pro.

Ok,

Find out the reason why.... :roll:

It's coming from my DAC, I've tried with and without, the sound comes out normally with the analog output of the Raspberry.

Is there any possibilities to fix that (probably) driver issue? :cry:
