ssh and HTTP dropouts

Postby dleite123 » 12 Jun 2016, 02:57

Hi;

I have another issue that's been a nuisance for a couple days. When ssh through Wifi there appears to be some ssh and HTTP dropout. The wifi network is still up because i can ping and network streams don't miss a beat.

I'm not familiar enough with runeaudio to troubleshoot why the ssh and HTTP drops. They come back on their own after a few minutes but the few minutes in between are very annoying.

I've updated the www directory (both git pull and the nightly methods)

Any thoughts?

Cheers,

Hi Frank;

Long time fan, first time caller.

I am running Raspberry Pi B, class 10 micro SD, latest nightly and tplink nano wifi. I have two setups exactly the same; one in my kitchen and one in the garage. the kitchen Pi has no issues. The garage one does. The only thing different between the two is i tried to install an adafruit LCD on the garage one. I can only hypothesise the adafruit installation is the only thing differnt between the two. I never did get the LCD char screen to work properly with the runeaudio image.

Any troubleshooting pointers would be great. My garage Pi is soldered and wire wrapped into a JVC 770 boombox so is a pain to get out and re-image the card. I would like my solution/troubleshooting to be graceful and precise so not o remove the work i've already done.

Thanks Frank;
