Store the music in the SD card? or USB?

As the BBB only have 1 usb, can I use a usb hub to plug the USB DAC and a USB thumb drive to store my music?

Or is that possible to store the music in the SD card?

I tried to create a folder named "music" under the "MPD" however it was so strange that I can't access (via SMB from Mac) the folder anymore after I copied several music file. I'm using a 8G micro SD card.

What can I do?

Storing music in a NAS and accessing it through ethernet is the ideal solution with BBB.
In alternative, you can put music on your SD card (take a look at for it) or use a USB hub (possibily the worst choice, but it should work).
