Storing webradios on NAS

Postby Fabian » 11 Aug 2016, 22:29

Hey there,

first, let me thank you so much for this awesome project! RuneAudio is the best!

I wanted to know if there is any way to manipulate the directory RuneAudio stores webradios. The default webradio directory is /mnt/MPD/Webradio/ but I would like to store my webradios on my NAS drive, so every Raspberry Pi has rw access to the same webradio storage.

I already managed to change the playlist directory with manipulating the mpdconf following this: .

Maybe there is any way to do the same or equal with webradios?

Thank you guys! :)

Hi Fabian,

i would try to make /mnt/MPD/Webradios a symlink to /mnt/MPD/NAS/your-webradio-store.
I think this is the only option to do it, because this folder is managed by RuneAudio and not by mpd.

Hi Frank,

thanks for your fast reply!

Okay, after my first stupid question I had to edit this post. It is working! But it's behaving a little strangely. The number that counts the webradios in the list doesn't work anymore and I have to manually refresh the MPD database so new added webradios show up on the PI I'm working on and on all other PIs.

Is there are way to force a MPD refresh when I enter the webstation list?

All the best
Fabian
