I've been using RuneAudio for about two weeks now, and to be honest, I'm not very happy with it. The amount of bugs astronomical (I know it's a beta, but the build hasn't been updated in almost a year!) and I find myself having to reinstall every few days, but it's always because of the same problem. When listening for more than an hour using AirPlay, I will try and switch to USB playback. I log in to the webUI only to seen "Connecting..." I restart and still see it. No matter what I do, I can't get it to stop and take me to the webUI so I just end up reinstalling and restoring all my settings. I was frustrated when I had to do it the first few times, but now it's just down right annoying and pointless! Is there anything that I can do to fix this other than switch to a different solution?
Edit: I just now found a kind of workaround solution to be able to access the player and fix it and what appears to be the problem. The workaround only works from a desktop computer though. If I (on Mac using safari) open the web inspector (Command + Option + I) and inspect the loading screen and delete the code, I have full control again. I think the problem is, it's getting stuck on AirPlay mode and for some reason doesn't like that. When I switched the player from AirPlay to MDP, everything is fine again.
