Linzomatic

The image works on my Pi2.

You could just try maybe using an additional power supply to see if that cures those pesky flashing lights. If it's not that, then I'm done and it's over to Frank!

A few glitches here and there that I'll report back on in a few days.

Thanks guys for the help...purely a mental lapse as I had a mismatch between image and hardware.

My PI2 is now running and I can find the PI via the http://runeaudio.

On to the next steps.

Hi Frank-
With a little time to go back and practice my linux script skills and get all the correct images and hardware in place the system is now up and running as hoped.

Its awesome and as others have said, having the ability to have remote and local controls is a dream come true. One of the use cases for the system is my office that restricts connection to the company network. Having the local control now allows the user to have the option to run over the network or just locally with local content.

As I wait for the official Pi 7" to be delivered, I am using a 7" touch that I have been using for product dev in my office that is of higher resolution but I am not exactly sure what and do not know how to query the OS for that info. So until I figure out, I am simply testing common screen resolutions in config and checking the results.

I haven't done a lot of testing yet on the UI as I am just delighted to see the system working in its basic form but will provide more meaningful feedback once I test more thoroughly.

Great work and much appreciated.

Good day to all!

First off, i'm a complete noob at anything Linux, but i really love tinkering with stuff like this, and trying out new things.

I received my rpi2 (my second) with 7 inch touchscreen yesterday, and i got runeaudio to run with the latest image that was posted on this thread.
My question (because i dont have access to wired lan here) is how can i save my WLAN settings? I did try the search button on the forum, but couldn't find a solution.
I select my SSID, security and type in my password. I then scroll down to IP assignment, but thats all i see. There is no save button whatsoever..
What am i doing wrong here?
