My USB to SPDIF/I2s converter, the ministreamer (http://www.minidsp.com/products/usb-aud ... nistreamer) works out od the box.
Only tested 44.1/16 so far, noch crackles, glitches or anythisng else.
It is based on the Tenor TE7022 Chip and it is implemented without any specialities, so other DACs converters based on this chip will porbably work too.
