UI is unreachable

This may be related to all or part of a previous, stalled, thread

Just now the UI is unreachable; I've tried via iPhone, iPad, PC and Mac. Both Terminal on the mac and Fing on the iPad tell me that the Pi is not down.

Can anyone tell me what's going on and how I can sort it?

Hi Frank, thanks for you help again. I switched off and back on again last evening, so whether the systemctl common is useful or not I don't know. Output is pasted below.

The Pi is a B+.
