Unable to play specific web radio

Hi all,

I'm unable to play the following stream :
http://192.240.102.133:11454/stream

runeaudio 0.4 (build: beta-20141216)
ODROID C1

Not exactly sure where to find the relevant logs.

Tried to boot on volumio2 and it fails also from there:
Failed to open "alsa" [alsa]; Error opening ALSA device "hw:1,0"; snd_pcm_hw_params_set_buffer_time_near() failed: Invalid argument

It is working fine on my x86 jessie box (mpd + alsa), probably a different version of ffmpeg ...

What I do is first search for the station in the dirble website, then when I know in which catogory it is filed I look it up with dirble in Rune and then add it to my webradios. Almost all web radio stations are listed in dirble and the users keep it reasonably up to date.

Thanks Janui,
I had found this webradio from dirble, but they have done some changes this weekend and it is not working since (they broadcast the new url in their program).
I see that the sampling has dropped from 22khz to 11khz, maybe it is not supported by my DAC (ODROID HIFI shield) ...

ffprobe returns :

Duration: N/A, start: 0.000000, bitrate: 32 kb/s
Stream #0:0: Audio: mp3, 11025 Hz, stereo, s16p, 32 kb/s
