So, today I wanted to reflash my SD card and reinstall Rune. However I've run into a few problems.
I followed the quick start guides for both win32 disk imager and USB image tool and got the following errors:

Note with USB image tool, I closed all windows explorer windows and that part of the error disappeared but the "the request failed due to fatal hardware error" remained
After this, I tried formatting the card with windows and got the following error:

Anyone ran into this issue before or have any suggestions?
