URL does not run on web radio

I would like the URL http://mp3-live.swr3.de/swr3_m.m3u
in the web radio via Add new WebRadio. Unfortunately, the URL does not work in RuneAudio. However, it is executable with the VLC Player.
Currently the version rAudio 1 - 20210703 is running.
How do I get this to work?

There is no .m3u addon to activate here. There is only an Import Playlists.
