Volume Low with iqaudio dac+

Using Pi2 & iqaudio dac+ board I messure the output level using test tones to be 9 dB below what is expected from the PCM5122 DAC chip on the board. Same hardware running Volumio gives about the correct output level.

Both players volume control & normalize are disabled.
