WebRadio with OGG-FLAC? (solved)

All,

I found Absolute Radio (UK) lossless OGG-FLAC streams I can access. I can play them via VLC but if I setup a WebRadio entry for them in Rune they don't play.

Here's an example URL: http://icecast.timlradio.co.uk/absolute ... acflac.ogg

These are ~1Mbps streams.

Can anyone get this to work in Rune?

Hi KHatfull ,

your stream works without issues on my RP2 with latest image.
You are using a RP1, right?
If so i think you have to wait until an updated version is available.

Actually I have an RP3 (shows as RP2, haven't updated my sig since I put it together last night ):

I just did a git pull and rebooted, no change.

The timer counts up for 3-10 seconds then just stops.

I can play the Absolute Radio 160Kbps OGG streams just fine.

Well crap, I don't have the latest image do I?!?!!?

I can reflash the card. One thing, where the heck do I grab my webradio entries from and put them back to?

Or will the backup function work for me?

Well, I reflashed and that stream works now.

The backup/restore didn't. That's fine though, I have one USB mount and one network mount, then the 10 Webradio playlist entries (I foudn the script to do the DB import. Just have to setup Spotify again.
