ZuperDac output audio to low.

Hello everyone,
I want to use a new DAC USB 2 from Zorloo (model Zuperdac) with my Raspberry II but the sound of the audio output is extremely low.
I use the command " alsamixer " on the terminal and increased its to the max but it changes nothing .
The constructor ensures that Zuperdac is compatible with any Raspberry and I tested it with Volumio and it works perfectly.
Do you have any idea?
Actually I use the latest version or Runeaudio available and it works perfectly with my DAC MicroStreamer HRT .

Thank you Frank for your reply.
I have to check this...but I'm pretty sure that the answer is somewere else. As I said this Dac works perfectly with Volumio...so I don't understand, maybe the output voltage of the USB is different with Runeaudio.
